  • Pick technology , do basic costing with ROI/Breakeven – 1.5 day

  • Learn relevant low code no code tools (Online)- 2 days
  • Build a prototype of the same (Online)- 2 days
  • Write a broad change plan (optional)- 2 days
  • Risk & mitigation plan – 1 day
  • Storytelling & Business case Creation & practise – 1.5 days

  • Final Presentation for a sales pitch for funding – 1 day

At the end we co-create Version 1 of a story covering:
