Creative and innovative learning design and facilitation is based on activity-based discovery and application of content by doing it, not theory-based cramming by telling it.

It focuses on a high retention rate of concepts and the application of learning.

This workshop helps participants learn new ways of learning design and facilitation, including theater/alternate andragogy-based learning, accelerated creative learnings, game and instructional design techniques, etc.

The innovative learning design and facilitation workshop, followed by coaching, is a journey to transform trainers, subject matter experts, and teachers into innovative designers and facilitators.

As an Accelerated solution style:

  1. Step 1: Discover through C-suite interviews, identify participant profiles, and launch a 5-day innovative learning design and facilitation workshop.
  2. Step 2: Initiate 1-1 coaching as participants design a new workshop. Participants showcase the workshop blueprint, its impact, and the way forward to the sponsors/C-suite.

In this workshop, we use design thinking techniques and facilitate learning with 60+ creative tools such as stealth learning carnivals, comic journeys, singing, poems, relay races, museum tours, and more.

      1. Implementation: 3Es (Experience, Exposure, Education), facilitation, Q&A
      1. Evaluation: Feedback/assessments  
  • C: Interpret a clear learning impact framework and value 360.

  • D: Discuss ways of branding the learning workshops/journeys.

Workshop highlights:

Participants will learn and experience 60+ creative tools, such as stealth learning carnivals, intimate interactive theater, Lego, day-in-a-life exercises, puppetry, and more.

Solution offering options:

  1. Option A: 7 days over 2 weeks (5-day workshop + 2 days for pre- and post-calibration/output).
  2. Option B: 15 days over 4 weeks (5-day workshop, 5 days of coaching, 5 days for pre- and post-calibration and participant output showcase).

During the workshop, participants choose a topic and design a short workshop blueprint.

Post-coaching, they develop a full 1-day workshop blueprint and content.
