Ms Divya Dhir is the co-founder & director, leading the India arm of our mainstream boutique & specialized consulting and facilitation based learning organization.
She has over 16 years of experience in leadership, culture, strategy , learning & development and facilitation.
She has worked at leadership levels across countries at Accenture Strategy & Consulting Australia, Citibank, Wipro, and JSW Steel India.
She has majorly worked across Australia & India, in cities including Brisbane, Melbourne, Canberra, Delhi, Mumbai, and Bengaluru.
Divya is a passionate, curious, collaborative, and bold professional who cherishes making a meaningful impact on career journeys & business outcomes.
With global & multi industry experience of solving different problems of varied size & scale.
She enjoys exploring creative, alternate theatre andragogy, and art based accelerated learning ways to craft, innovative yet impactful solutions, to build future ready organizations.

This arm is focused on wellness offerings for holistic wellbeing, based on the ancient expertise of yoga mudras & ayurvedic tips.
Dr Nalni Dhir is a retired government district ayurvedic officer. She has over 45 years of experience in ayurveda, yoga mudras & 10+ years of experience in Reiki.
Dr Nalni believes in sharing her knowledge to give back to the universe.
She has youtube learning videos on yoga mudras & ayurveda, which give benefits for over 100 diseases.
She also leads blended Reiki level 1,2,3a courses’ facilitated by Dr Nalni Dhir & Ms Divya Dhir.
She enjoys doing yoga mudras, meditation, practising & facilitating Reiki.
