  • b.Payment Terms (100% Advance Payment)
  • All payments for physical products (exxercise books), digital assets, workshops, assessments, or consultation services must be made 100% in advance at the time of checkout.
  • Orders, service delivery, or event registrations will only be processed or confirmed once a successful payment confirmation is received from our integrated payment gateways
  • c Taxation & GST Exemption Notice for only – ‘Steps to Shine’ an exercise book
  • The exercise book“Steps to Shine, Magic Journey Ahead” is classified under HSN Code 49030010, which attracts 0% GST on the supply of the printed books. 
  • GST Status: Please note that Creative Learnings Academy’s product ‘Steps to Shine’ an exercise book for children is currently in GST-exempted category under the relevant provisions of the Central Goods and Services Tax (CGST) Act / Integrated Goods and Services Tax (IGST) Act of India.
  • Consequently, no Goods and Services Tax (GST) will be charged or collected on your invoice during checkout
  • d. Shipping, Delivery, and Fulfillment
  • Physical Products (Exercise Books): Orders are typically processed and dispatched within [3-5] business days. Estimated delivery timelines range from [5-7] business days depending on your location. Tracking information will be shared via email once the item is shipped.
  • Digital Services / Consultations / Workshops: Access details or scheduling links will be delivered immediately or within the designated timeframe specified on the service page via your registered email address.
  • e.Strict No-Return and No-Refund Policy

Due to the specific educational and customized nature of our products and services, we enforce a strict refund policy:

  • Exercise Books : All sales of physical exercise books are final. We follow a strict No Return, No Exchange, and No Refund policy once an item has been shipped.
  • Digital & Consultation Offerings: Payments made for workshops, digital downloads, community access, C-suite assessments, or direct consulting/facilitation hours are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled once the transaction is complete (GST @ 18% applicable for these Services/Products).
  • Exception for Damaged Transit Goods: In the rare event that a physical product (book or chart) arrives severely damaged during transit, you must notify us at [creativelearningsacademy@gmail.com] within 24 to 48 hours of delivery with photographic proof of the damaged item and packaging. Upon verification, we will issue a replacement at no additional cost. No monetary refunds will be processed.

10.1 The Work “Steps to Shine, Magic Journey Ahead” is classified under HSN Code 49030010, which attracts 0% GST on the supply of the printed books.

10.2 The Printer shall not charge any GST on the Agreed Copies of the book supplied to CLA, and the consideration payable by CLA for the printed books shall be treated as a GST‑inclusive amount with nil GST rate under the applicable GST law.

10.3 Nothing in this clause shall prejudice CLA’s right to claim input tax credit to the extent permitted under the GST law, and the Printer shall issue a proper tax invoice clearly indicating HSN Code 49030010 and 0% GST rate for the books supplied.

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of:

  • India (Panchkula jurisdiction) for India-based users/engagements
